USA Roller Sports - USA Roller Sports (USARS) is the national governing body of competitive roller sports (inline skating and roller skating) in the United States. It is recognized by the International Roller Sports Federation (FIRS) and the United States Olympic Committee.
Twister roller coaster - A twister roller coaster is the generic name given to any roller coaster layout which tends to twist or interweave its track within itself several times. It is essentially the opposite of an Out and Back roller coaster, which is often a much more simplistic layout.
Wooden roller coaster - A wooden roller coaster or woodie is most often classified as a roller coaster with laminated steel running rails overlayed upon a wooden track. Occasionally, the structure may be made out of a steel lattice or truss, but the ride remains classified as a wooden roller coaster due to the track design.
Spinning roller coaster - Spinning roller coasters (or 4th dimension roller coasters, as they are known to Arrow Dynamics) are similar to flying roller coasters in many ways, the key differences being seat position and rotation. Rather than being suspended beneath the track, riders are placed to either side of the track, in seats mounted on spinning arms similar to axles.
