The frontline soloists are: the great East Coast trumpeter Blue Mitchell, baritone sax mouthpiece and the fabulous West Coast saxes Harold Land, Buddy Collette baritone sax mouthpiece and Art Pepper; playing tunes such as 'Milestones' or 'Over the Rainbow'. The second disc includes the five titles recorded in concert at the legendary Pasadena Civic Auditorium, to commemorate the 20 anniversary of the Charlie Parker's death.
